You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the gemstone(s) must be:

  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: 

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or special-order gemstones.
  • Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.
  • Loose stones once they have been set or mounted.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping the product back.

Refund Process:

Shipping Costs:

Restocking Fee:
